My contribution
Structure the path from a brief to a verified implementation: assign work to specialized roles, isolate changes with Git and track decisions and checks. The workflows connect development, tests and delivery conditions; production validation confirms the intended behavior.
From brief to delivery
The brief defines needs, objectives and constraints. Specialized roles contribute to product, development and testing. Code is checked before delivery; validation feedback drives another iteration when needed.
Isolation, tracking and supervision
Work is prepared in isolated Git workspaces, with journals and task tracking. The current Python supervision, scheduled with systemd, checks states and evidence before resuming work. Locks and activity checks prevent a second execution of work already in progress.
System evolution
An earlier Scrum pipeline documented sequential product, UX, design, development and testing roles. That historical service is stopped. Current supervision follows authorized assignments and distinguishes a finished execution from a result verified in production.
Presentation based on human confirmation and inspection of the orchestration architecture. The visual is a workflow illustration.
